Jubilee 2025 "Pilgrims Of Hope" - Mass dedicated to Our Lady of Tears

Also known as the Weeping Madonna of Syracuse, this plaster hanging wall plaque depicts the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the style of the 1950’s. Like many others just like it, it was mass-produced in a factory in Tuscany and shipped to various locations throughout the world.

The veneration paid this plaque in a church built especially for its exhibition was approved by three popes, but only after an ecclesiastical tribunal scrupulously studied the miracle and had the tears scientifically analysed. It has been said by authorities that never was a miracle so thoroughly tested or so quickly approved.
